Instructor will focus on loading your boat, getting passengers on and off, safety equipment, PFDs and "rules of the water." Successfully complete the course and you will earn a temporary Boater Safety Certification. For a lifetime Boating Safety Education Certificate a fee of $10 is required. Please bring a check or money order. Instructions to obtain a lifetime certification will be offered at class. (Ages 12+ yrs) Boating Safety Education Certificates are required to operate a personal watercraft, for persons born on or after January 1, 1982 and to operate boats powered by motors greater than 25 horsepower.
