**Schedule subject to change without prior notice.
* Exhibit Representative Prize Drawing – To be eligible to enter the drawing, the vendor’s exhibit
display must be completely set-up with no parts dismantled until 12:00 noon. Convention staff
members will visit each booth, verify it is still set-up, collect the Exhibit Evaluation form, and take a
business card from each representative. All cards will be put together. Five cards will be drawn, to win
$50 Gift Cards. The winner must be present to collect the prize.
This Prize Drawing was created as incentive for our Exhibitors to keep their booths on display for the nurses who attend the
Convention only on Friday. These registrants have voiced concerns that the exhibit hall is empty by the time they arrive to view
displays.
