Contest rules & Regulations: YOU will need to provide the following according to city and state regulations: 1. Area must be covered with a tent. 2. Spray bottle with bleach & water to sanitize work surfaces and tables. 3. Must have meat thermometer. COLD Temperature 41 degrees or below. HOT Temperature 140 degrees or above. 4. Cooler with ice for meat. Chicken & Pork must be kept separated. • • • • • • Grease Container &/or Hot Ash Container to be taken to the appropriate disposal area provided. No grease is to be poured into drains. No animals inside the food preparation area. No pesticides to be used near tent/food. Beer is available in designated beer garden. Hand washing station with soap, water & paper towels will be available. Note: Permits are not required in Clinton County.
