 Thí sinh điền hồ sơ bằng tiếng Pháp
 Tất cả các thông tin phải được viết bằng CHỮ IN HOA trừ bài viết tự giới thiệu (Lettre de motivation)
 Những giấy tờ đính kèm hồ sơ gồm có:
1. 05 tấm hình 3x4cm
2. 02 bản sao y CMND
3. 01 bản dịch công chứng học bạ 3 năm bậc THPT
4. 01 bản dịch công chứng bằng tốt nghiệp THPT (hoặc giấy chứng nhận tốt nghiệp tạm thời)
5. 01 bản dịch công chứng chứng chỉ ngoại ngữ (nếu có)
6. 01 bản dịch công chứng bằng tốt nghiệp hoặc bảng điểm đại học (nếu có)
7. 01 bản dịch công chứng giấy khen Học sinh giỏi Quốc gia hoặc Quốc tế (nếu có)
8. Biên lai nộp lệ phí dự tuyển 500.000 VNĐ
