Following each class is the studio number/location and the instructor taking the class- see legend below. All classes run for 45 minutes except Bounce HIIT, Ride, Skip, Orb,
Fithoop, Abs/Butt/Thighs, Pure Chance, Pure Slide and our new GRC Suite classes- GRC: Core, GRC:Booty Blitz and GRC:HIIT- all of which are 30 minutes in duration.
Thursday/Friday evening classes and aFIRMation are all 1 hour. All classes which require booking are marked with . The Tuesday 5.15pm Principal Pilates class,
Pure Slide all GRC classes, Ride, Bounce, Suspension and Fithoop require booking in advance.

FUNDAMENTALS
Every great journey begins with a single step....
all subsequent Pilates classes. Essential elements:
breathing, abdominal engagement and postural
alignment will be covered.The most essential class.
Pilates exercises performed on the mat using
bodyweight as resistance to tone, stretch &
strengthen the body with emphasis on abdominals,
posture & alignment.
MATWORK PILATES
GRC: STRETCH NEW NEW NEW
Stretch. Lengthen. Breath. Repeat…. Allow
the phenomenal reformer to support your
body through a fluid sequence of balance
restoring and ache releasing stretches for 45
minutes.
GRC: CORE NEW NEW NEW
Want a waistline that’s whittled, flat and lean?
This 30-minute class is all about your abs and
will create deep strength and full integration of
the powerhouse of your body. Expect a strong
core, stable pelvis, supported back & flat abs!
Principal Pilates
A beginner to intermediate workout - more
advanced exercises and enhanced endurance
than primary classes. Levels exist within the class
to cater for a wide range of levels. Focus on the
abdominals with sculpting also occurring in thighs,
butt and arms.
Power Pilates
A more advanced workout in Pilates Matwork.
Greater focus on strength & stabilisation. Regular
sessions at this level will result in supreme body
awareness & tone, strong abdominals & limbs.

STRENGTH
These classes develop muscle tone & strength plus
improve endurance, balance & fat burning capacity.
Pure Suspension
This class is a total-body workout that increases
strength, balance, flexibility and muscular endurance!
Leveraging gravity and your own body weight,
suspension training will challenge your core and tone
all over! Suitable for all fitness levels!
Pure Sculpt
A class using free weight and swiss ball to develop

Bringing you the best exercises for total
conditioning with a little extra! Top to toe, this
class will get you in shape using not only the
reformer, but also therabands, magic circles,
free weights & balls! A fun, all levels class
that delivers strength and tone to every inch

CARDIO
The following classes at PURE serve to increase
lean whilst building functional strength.
Pure Flow
yoga, Pilates, gyrotronics & strength. Dynamic
stabilisation, balance, stretching & strength work
are the basis for this innovative class.
Pure Slide
Controlled low impact strength class performed on
gliding discs. A killer for the lower body, improving
tone and strength all over.
REFORMER PILATES

GRC: TECH
All journeys start with a single step and this is
your most critical one. Attend a minimum of
2-5 of these classes to learn how to correctly
use the two essentials machines in Pure GRC
classes – the reformer and your body. Learn
how to align your body and engage the
correct muscles for optimal results as well as
how to use the amazingly unique and
transformative Reformer apparatus.
A high intensity class using various boxing
apparatus including bags, focus mitts and skipping
ropes. Circuit style so you never get bored.
YOGA
Pure Bounce
A high intensity, low impact cardiovascular class
on mini trampolines. Set to music with basic
choreography, fun class with cardio, strength, abs
and stretching
Bounce HIIT
GRC: OPEN
A results-focused class guaranteed to firm,
lengthen and sculpt every inch of your body.
Delivering a lithe, lean and functionally fit
physique. Appropriate for all levels as options
for progression and regression given, so you
can customize your experience.
A high intensity, cardio blitz suitable for our
advanced bouncers (Level 2's and 3's)
Take our traditional bounce moves throw in some
functional strength exercises and blend them with
high intensity interval training and tabata
sequences! This class will have your heart and legs
racing and will take your bouncing to the next level!

GRC: BOOTY BLITZ NEW NEW NEW
Pure Founder, Marina has long said the best
butt exercises are performed on the
Reformer. As the name suggests this class is
biased towards blitzing of the booty. All
exercises in this class are custom designed to
lift, tighten, shape and transform the legs,
thighs and, of course, the BUTT!
A high energy class designed to burn maximum
calories and fat! Alternating activities using the step
and free weights.
Hatha Yoga
This class focuses on alignments and will improve
flexibility, muscular endurance and strength as
well as enhance posture. It emphasises the
correct alignment if ted body. Breath is also
emphasised as it is key to the practice. Suitable
for beginner to intermediate students.
Dynamic Yoga (Power)
Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, this practice
(movement and breath) & Bandhas will be focused
on. From an emphasis on core postures, students
will learn how to move between and within postures
using breath correctly. More dymanic then Hatha
and better suited to those looking for a more
vigorous yoga class.

Pure Ride
This class will improve your posture, mobility,
flexibility and reduce your stress level. You will
learn how to use techniques to stretch and
lengthen the muscles in your body.

A 30 minute quickie covering all the bases. A rapid-
HIIT it hard and your done!!! This short but intense
workout consisting of high intensity intervals interspersed
with lower intensity recovery is hard core, and hard work
but it will optimise your fitness, boost your metabolism
and get you stripping fat like nothing else. Not for the
faint hearted, but ideal for the hard HIITers and strong
willed.
DANCE

Zumba ®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms
and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-aroutines feature interval training sessions where
fast and slow rhythms and resistance training
are combined to tone and sculpt your body while
zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
