Level 1 Award in IT User Skills (QCF)
This course is for those who wish to gain IT skills used in the workplace
at level 1. Attending twice a week you will gain the skills in:



Word Processing – creating documents, inserting tables, pictures and
applying formats
Excel – creating simple worksheets, inserting formula and creating
charts
PowerPoint – creating presentations with text and images
This is a recognised qualification and is a fantastic foundation before
moving on to Level 2.

This is a terrific new 5 week course to gain NOCN qualification at level 1
in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry. If you are considering roles
such as bar work, coffee shop or similar, this is the course for you.

 About main food commodities and safe storage
 Services offered within the hospitality industry
 Know the benefits of good customer service and different
customer groups
