Arrangements 2015
Sandown Park Flat Members benefit from access to a number of reciprocal race fixtures around
the country for 2015. Where possible we have given you the information on what you can access
at each course.

Members are welcome to use the Members car park & Annual
Members Lounge (ground floor adjacent to the Stalbridge Bar)
however due to space restrictions not the Hatherleigh Viewing
Area.
Free parking in the centre of the course and welcome to use the
Members Lounge next to the Owners & Trainers Bar.
Access to Grandstand & Premier enclosures but unfortunately
not the Members bar. Parking in the main car park on Fontwell
Avenue.
Access to Club enclosure but unfortunately not the Annual
Members facility. Car parking in members subject to availability
– smart/casual dress code, not tshirts, shorts or trainers.

Free parking in Members car park.
Grandstand Admission but unfortunately not the Annual
members and free parking in the car park after the BP garage.
Parking in the main car park is £5.
Access to all public enclosures & members lounge. Parking free
of charge in the main car park at the front of the course. All
visitors are welcome to dine in the Silks Restaurant.
Access into the Grandstand & Premier stand and car parking is
free of charge.
Access to all facilities with the exception of hospitality areas and
free parking.
Full use of the Premier Enclosure. Newmarket operate a strict
dress code in the Premier Enclosure of NO blue jeans, t-shirts,
sports attire (including trainers), unduly causal or extreme
attire. There is ample free parking on site. Members MUST
register at the free pass office located at Premier Enclosure 2
next to the first set of turnstiles.
Access to anywhere on the course including the Bilbury
Enclosure & free parking in car parks 2, 3 & 4.
On arrival please make your way to car park B (O & T’s and
members) and gain access through the turnstile and onto the
course. A dress code is operated in the Premier enclosure as well
as all the hospitality areas – customers in these areas are
respectfully asked to refrain from wearing t-shirts, shorts or
training shoes.
Access to all public areas but unfortunately not the annual
members bar and free parking in the main public car park.

Full access to Hickstead Showground, members car parking,

Members are entitled to go in to the Members viewing facility,
subject to this facility being open on the day (depending on
hospitality bookings). Complimentary car parking in the car
parks across.
Access to all facilities with the exception of hospitality areas and
free parking.
Access to all the public areas in the Grandstand and Paddock
Enclosure except for the Owners and Trainers Bar and free car
parking on the opposite side of the road.
Access to all public areas except for Annual Members & Owners
& Trainers Bar. Free parking in the public car park opposite the
racecourse.
Access to the Richmond Enclosure (members enclosure) &
Gordon Enclosure. The Richmond Enclosure has a dress code of
jacket & tie for gentlemen & no jeans or shorts. Parking in car
park A
Parking in the free car park accessed via Severn Terrace &
through the public pay & display car park. Unfortunately no
access to the members bar.
