USTA National Indoor Tennis
Championship Winners!
Congratulations to club members Dena and Adam
Morgan, David and Ashley Martin, Beth and Ryan Kreis
for placing in our National Tennis Tournament. Dena and
Adam won first place and brought home the Gold Ball in
the Mother-Son category. David and Ashley won the
Silver Ball for placing second in the Senior Father-Daughter
category. Beth and Ryan Kreis won the Bronze Ball in the
Mother-Son category.

Do you have an athlete in the family? Humberto Medina, our
Licensed Athletic Trainer, has worked with hundreds of young
athletes and also college level athletes, to get them to be the
very best they can be! By using a skilled professional, your
athlete will gain an edge on the other players and make
them a winner!
Calling all runners! We will be starting up our new Running
Club in May, if you are interested in joining this club, please
contact the Fitness department to let us know! We’ll be
announcing the days/times as soon as we gather everyone’s
preference.
Barre 3 is here! Our new Barre 3 class is starting April 6th. This is
a dynamic class that combines Barre work, Pilates and Yoga
for a complete workout! No dance experience required!

Summer is just around the corner! A great way to fast-track
for swimsuit season is with one of our Professional Personal
Trainers. Using a Personal Trainer can ensure you will get the
most effective program, meet your goals and stay
accountable. Personal training can be very affordable and
definitely worth the results you’ll see!

Outlaws Indoor Lacrosse Program
Tuesdays, April 14th-May26th 1:30-2:15pm
Ages 4-6
Start your training now for your child’s
upcoming future in this sport. Participants will
learn the fundamental techniques and the skills
of throwing, passing and catching-all under the
supervision and expertise of the Chicago Outlaws!
Ultimate Frisbee Camp
June 22nd-June 26th 9:30am-12:00pm
Learn the game that is all the rage! Ultimate
Frisbee improves speed, visual acuity, and team
work. Principles of soccer and football combined
with the classic game of Frisbee create fun and
excitement.
Flag Football Camp
June 22nd-June 26th 12:30pm-3:30pm
Flag Football is played 5 on 5 and designed to help
kids learn the rules and fundamentals of this fast
paced game. The emphasis of this program will be
teamwork, sportsmanship, and having fun! This is
the perfect program for the young athlete to play
the game without having to worry about injuries associated with
tackle.

Aquatic News
The outdoor pool will be opening Memorial Day
weekend, weather permitting. Preparations will
soon be underway to get the pool ready for our
members.
Adult Programs
Family Easter Egg Dying
Thursday, April 2 6:30-7:30pm in Banquet Room
What is Easter without dying those pretty colored
eggs? We will have plenty of eggs, dyes and
decorations so that you can create your own bold,
beautiful Easter eggs. Upon completion, each child
can decorate a bag to transport their eggs home
safely. Just think, no mess at home! As a bonus, the
Easter Bunny will hop in to make a surprise visit, bring
your cameras! When finished, there will be plenty of
time to head over to Dunteman Park for the 8:00
flashlight Egg Hunt. Fee is per child.
