Over 150 middle school students have used their lunch and recess on a weekly basis to brainstorm, research, plan, advocate and take action for those that are in need locally, nationally and globally. Our audiences of over 700 people enjoyed delightful acts of songs, dances, gymnastics, math tricks, and much more. Many of the acts were not only entertaining but had important messages that are pertinent to our students. The creativity, perseverance, and dedication that went into this event was admirable. Our WE ACT students decided to have all the proceeds they raised to go towards Free the Children Organization to buy goats for families in Kenya! Please click here to watch a video created by two of our wonderful WE ACT students, Eleanor Jablonic and McKenna Reedquist. We are incredibly proud of all of our students in helping to make a difference in the world! Thank you for your support! Enjoy your long weekend! There will be no Headliner next week due to the short week. Capitol Hill, where we celebrate learning.
