PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This one day program will feature speakers with various expertise. Topics to
be presented are: Respiratory Failure, Medical Quality, Palliative Care, Sepsis
and Pulmonary Embolism.
The goal of this program is to provide nurses and other interested healthcare
professionals with the base knowledge and tools to assist them in providing
quality care related to Critical Care management.

Men:
Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket at all times in all areas of the club. Ties
are suggested, but not required.
Women:
Suit (including business pantsuit), dress or blazer with skirt or tailored slacks,
tailored pants with a blouse or sweater.
Prohibited:
T-Shirts, sweatshirts, or other shirt without collar; athletic attire, tennis shoes,
shorts, jeans (regardless of value), denim jackets, untucked shirts, and baseball
caps.
CREDIT
You must attend 90% of each of the educational session in
order to receive CE credit. Certificate of attendance must be
obtained at the conclusion of the offering. No partial credit
will be given.
Nurses
This educational activity has been awarded 7.0 contact hours.
SRHS Corporate Education is an approved provider of continuing
nursing education by the South Carolina Nurses Association, an
accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing
Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Pharmacists
This program is accredited for a total of 7.0 live contact hours (0.7
CEUs). The South Carolina College of Pharmacy (SCCP) is
accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education
as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. ACPE#: 00629999-15-053-L01-P
Participants must sign-in at registration table at the beginning of
the day and attend each program to obtain credit. Participants
must complete an on-line evaluation within 30 days and update
the NABP e-profile number and day/month of birth in order to
have credit reported to the CPE monitor system and print
statement of credit.
This is a knowledge based learning activity.

I-85 BUS N. Take exit 5A for I-585S/US 176S/Pine St., toward
downtown. Slight right onto I-585S/US 176E/N Pine St., continue to
follow US 176E/N Pine St. Turn right onto E. Main St. The Piedmont
Club will be on the left, immediately after First Presbyterian
church.
From Charlotte on I-85S toward Gastonia. Keep right to continue
on I85 BUS S, follow signs for I 85/Spartanburg Freeway Loop. Take
exit 5A for _ 585 BUS S/US 176E/N. Pine ST. – follow above
directions
From I – 26 (Asheville or Columbia) Take exit 21B to merge onto US
29N/WO Ezell Blvd. toward downtown Spartanburg. Turn left onto
West St. John St. Turn right onto Hall St.
