Move Out Checklist Please note: This is just helpful information for your use. Because of the differences between properties, you may be responsible for items not listed. Interior: Kitchen: Clean and wipe out all cabinets and drawers Thoroughly scrub all counters and sinks Remove all trash Clean/Mop floors Thoroughly clean or replace drip pans/rings on electric stove Bathrooms: Clean and wipe out all cabinets, drawers and medicine cabinets Thoroughly scrub all counters and sinks Wipe down mirrors Thoroughly scrub tub and toilet Remove all trash Clean/Mop floors Bedrooms/Living Room: Remove all personal belongings Remove all trash Wipe down ceiling fans, blinds, and window sills Wipe down windows inside and out Have carpets professionally cleaned (Rug Doctors / other home rentals not acceptable) ***Change A/C Filter Exterior: Mow, weed eat, and edge yard Trim bushes and hedges Clean out garage or any storage areas Pick up any trash or personal belongings from yard Fill in and level any holes in yard left from pets (if applicable) *Turn in your keys and forwarding address to our office no later than midnight of the last day of your lease. The drop box is located on the southeast side of our office next to the Race Trac. Move Out Cleaning Instructions In accordance with your Lease Contract, the apartment must be cleaned thoroughly.
