Welcome to the ROM (Raia Order Management) site!
This Tutorial will teach you how to view all ORO products and how to place orders
with Raia easily and quickly.
Please print out this tutorial so that you can view the instructions while you are
browsing the ROM site – this will make it easier for you to use the site the first time.
1 : Accessing ROM
Open Internet explorer and type orders.raia.in in the address bar. You will reach the
homepage. Click the Post Orders button. If you don’t already have an account, please
contact us immediately at (022) 43222111 and we shall guide you through this process
and/or create the account on your behalf.

2 : Login Screen
Click Post Orders and you will reach the Raia welcome screen (if you are prompted for
an active x control, press Accept). You can now enter your username and password.
After you have pressed the green login button, you will reach your main control panel.
From here you will be able to place new orders, visit the catalog and place orders
through shopping cart, track and view your orders and other such functions

3 : How to use the Catalog
Click on the Catalog Link on
the left side
You will now be in the catalogue
screen.
From here, you will be able to choose
and filter your design selections,
broaden or focus your search for a
particular type of product, or just look
for a design in particular.
Once you have made a
selection – use the green icon
in the bar on top.

4 : How to Place an Order
Add a product to the cart by
clicking on the shopping cart
icon below each product.
You will then be prompted with a new
window asking you the number of
pieces/sets you wish to order, along with
the weight and size.
If you wish to customize this design, you
could do so by clicking on the green +
button.
(At this point we recommend you do not
make any modifications until you are
comfortable with the software.)
You can continue with the order by
clicking on the Add Button
You will now be prompted with the pre checkout information
As a retailer, your options would include 2+2, Customer Order, Retailer Stock
Definitions of Order Type:

2+2: This order type is effectively if you wish to create additional bangles of the same type, and /or
create additional bangles to be in the same set.
The original bangle(s) would need to be
issued to us for this to happen.

Customer Order: If you have a ready end
consumer, you would choose this option. This
option allows us to work with statistics, track
orders etc in a different pattern.

Retailer Stock: This option should be chosen
if you are placing an order as a stock to be
kept in the retail showroom.
You would then need to choose the distributor
and click on submit

5: How to use Order Screen and Checkout
Your order will now be viewed from the order screen.
You can also reach this location directly after login by clicking on New Order from the
control panel.
As you can see the design/orders you have chosen have been lined up for your final
check out. This information is based on your selection in the catalogue.
A checkout is effectively a shopping cart made of 1 or more orders. Each checkout has a
unique id. Every order/design in a shopping cart is giving its own unique Order ID.
If you wish to modify additional details such as the rhodium, enamel etc, you
can do so from this screen. The green + icon would let you customize and set
additional parameters such as comments for this order, any reference number,
the default Karat of this order and so forth.
The CP button would duplicate the order thereby allowing you to make additional
modifications. A good use of this is to order the same design in additional sizes.

The Checkout comments below are global comments for the entire checkout.
To continue with the checkout, please click the checkout button.
6. The Checkout Report
You will now be in the checkout report. This
is a summary of the checkout that has been
created by you. You can print this out for
your reference.

7. Using the Wish List
A wish list is effectively a shortened shopping cart where you can save products which
you would want to pick up at a
later date.
Hence it’s a list of products
you like, but would not want to
order just yet. For example
certain designs may work well
during certain times.
To use the wish list, you must
first choose the designs you
wish to add from the
catalogue, then click on the
yellow star on top. You would
then get a new window which
will ask you for a name to the wish list and a date. Set the relevant information and save
the wish list.
Next time you wish to add more designs to the list, simply choose the green arrow and
hit add. This will now add it to the wish list.
You can now access your wish list from the main screen
Placing orders through the wish list follows the same process as to that of the catalogue.

8. Order Grid
The order grid can be accessed by
clicking on the orders icon on the
control panel
The grid has various amount
information available for use. In
general this grid lets you see your
orders, track orders in the system,
see customizations, etc., along with
the final weight of dispatch.
You are requested to use this grid to
manage and maintain your orders.
