You should not see the user listed in either the ‘View Users’ tab, or the ‘View Contacts’ tab. Click on the ‘Add New User’ Button. If you need assistance on choosing which group to select, click the “Help Me Choose” button at the top of the page. Note on New Users: If you have added a new user to the system, this screen will show an option to email the login information to the new user and allow you to add a custom note. Always leave the checkbox checked, and personalize the note so that the user realizes that the message is a legitimate email from you. It is always a good idea to have someone follow up with the new user to make sure they understand why they have been added to Expesite. Step Six – Request Access Choose the person who must approve these user addition(s) to the project team from the dropdown list. User(s) will not be added to the projects until this access request has been approved. Please provide information so that the person understands who the user is and why they need access to this project. Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your Request for Access!
