This summer, your practice can learn how to achieve

This summer, your practice can learn how to achieve
even greater success with Aprima Electronic Health
Record (EHR), Practice Management (PM) and
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions.
In one place, in just 48 hours, you can learn how to
earn stimulus funds and other incentives, expand your
skills and share stories and lessons with people from
other practices like yours.
Special thanks go out to Fujitsu, Diamond Sponsor of
the 2013 Aprima User Conference, for its support.
Learn from the experts
• Hear tips from Aprima experts that can make every day easier.
• Ask power users – both physicians and office managers – how
to optimize your use of Aprima.
• Bring your laptop and meet one-on-one with Aprima support
experts for answers to specific questions.
• Sign up for a meeting with Dr. Jeffrey Hyman, Aprima’s Chief
Medical Officer.
• Meet with conference exhibitors and sponsors to learn how their
products and services can make you more productive and effective.
Join us at boot camp
Attend the pre-conference boot camps where you can get a full day
of in-depth training designed to meet the needs of both new and
power users.
Connect with your peers
“
The conference is valuable for a variety of reasons.
I get to meet the support staff and trainers and
put faces with names. It’s also nice to network
with other users.
The support lab in and of itself is incredibly
valuable. To be able to sit down one-on-one with
someone and resolve issues is a fantastic benefit of
the conference.
I try to bring one member of the staff with me
so that we can divide and conquer and get to
as many of the sessions as possible. This year I
brought one of my physicians with me. She was
able to connect with other providers and bounce
ideas off of one another. I attend many meetings and conferences every
year. It is discouraging when you attend a meeting
and bring nothing new back to the office – it
feels like time wasted. With the Aprima User
Conference, I always bring something back that
I can put into practice right away.

”
• Trade tips with experienced users from other practices and learn
how they succeed with Aprima.
• Meet colleagues who are navigating the same challenges
that you are.
• Forget about business and have fun at the evening events!
What will you learn?
In focused breakout sessions covering everything from the basics to
advanced features, you’ll have the opportunity to see the latest enhancements, learn tips and shortcuts, ask questions, and make
suggestions directly to Aprima’s top leaders.
Who should attend?
Physicians, nurses and other clinicians, practice managers, and
support staff from practices across the country will all benefit from
the 2013 Aprima User Conference. To be able to cover all aspects
of the Aprima products, it’s best to send at least one clinical user
and one administrative user.
The Aprima User Conference is the most efficient – and enjoyable
– way to get the most from Aprima EHR, PM and RCM. We look
forward to seeing you there.

“
I found the conference helpful in a number of ways.
In the breakout sessions, I learned the potential for new ways to streamline workflow – such as results letters to
patients – and where in Aprima to set these areas up.
Interacting with other doctors helped me learn tips on how they best use Aprima. And onsite technical people
helped me solve problems in my system while I was at the conference.
”
All in all, a very worthwhile weekend!
