LEARN FROM THE
EXPERTS
♦♦ Hear tips from Aprima experts that can make
every day easier.
♦♦ Ask power users — both physicians and office
managers — how to optimize your use of
Aprima.
♦♦ Bring your laptop and meet one-on-one with
Aprima support experts for answers to specific
questions. ♦♦ Sign up for a meeting with Dr. Jeffrey Hyman,
Aprima’s Chief Medical Officer. ♦♦ Meet with conference exhibitors and sponsors
to learn how their products and services can
make you more productive and effective. This is the 5th consecutive year that I’ve attended the
Aprima User Conference.
No matter how long I have been using Aprima, no matter
how much I consider myself a ‘power user,’ I always pick up
useful information in the classes at the conference. But the
best part of the conference for me is talking to other users,
asking the ‘how do you handle...’ questions, and hearing
their suggestions for solutions.
I also get a lot of valuable information in the Support Lab,
where I can meet one-on-one with the support team.
Finally, having the opportunity to interact directly with
the CEO, COO, CMO and others gives me a chance to
share my thoughts and suggestions for enhancements.
JOIN US AT
BOOT CAMP
Attend the pre-conference boot camps where you can
get a full day of in-depth training designed to meet the
needs of both new and power users.
CONNECT WITH
YOUR PEERS
♦♦ Trade tips with experienced users from other
practices and learn how they succeed with
Aprima.
♦♦ Meet colleagues who are navigating the same
challenges you are. ♦♦ Forget about business and have fun at the
evening events!
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
— Hank Lubin, MD
Hightstown Medical Associates
In focused breakout sessions covering everything
from the basics to advanced features, you’ll have the
opportunity to see the latest enhancements, learn tips
and shortcuts, ask questions, and make suggestions
directly to Aprima’s top leaders.
The Aprima User Conference is the most efficient and enjoyable
way to get the most from Aprima EHR, PM and RCM. We look
forward to seeing you there.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Physicians, nurses and other clinicians, practice
managers, and support staff from practices across the
country will all benefit from the 2015 Aprima User
Conference. To be able to cover all aspects of the
Aprima products, it’s best to send at least one clinical
user and one administrative user.

“I enjoyed attending the User Conference for the first time. Being fairly new to Aprima, it was great to get the chance to
talk to and learn how other billers handle certain situations. Listening to questions from other billers during the sessions
was really beneficial. We learn from each other!
It was also great to meet the staff from another Psychiatric practice and have that contact. We’ve already been emailing
each other about things we learned at the conference.”
— Dianna Ragsdale
Serenity Now Psychiatric and Counseling Services
OPENING GENERAL SESSION
Kick off the weekend with this energizing, inspiring overview of all things Aprima and the latest
industry trends. CEO Michael Nissenbaum will discuss important trends in the healthcare
industry and at Aprima, including:
Update 2015: Overview of some of the key enhancements to the system and how they
will benefit your practice.
The year in review: Hear first-hand about our tremendous growth in the past year and
what that means to you.
And much more...
Also in this session, Surescripts will share some valuable information on how their
products and services can add value to your practice.
GOVERNMENT INITIATIVES & PRODUCT UPDATE
GENERAL SESSION
The regulatory environment and payment methodologies continue to cause turmoil for
medical practices. In this session, we will discuss some of the current proposals such as:
• Value-Based Payments (VBP)
• Bundled Payments
• Accountable Care Organizations (ACO)
• Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs)
• Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), Meaningful Use Stages 2 and 3
And much more… While no one knows for sure how or which of these varied initiatives will prevail in the
end, we can all agree that change is inevitable. You can rest assured that Aprima will assist
in adapting your practice for the alphabet soup of the future and this session will give you
some insight into what that might be.
Also in this session, Panasonic and N-Krypt will share valuable information on how their
products and services can add value to your practice.
