What is MyHealth?
MyHealth is an online tool you can use to view your health information. It can
help you answer questions such as “What are my lab results?” “What doctor
treated me during my stay?” and many more.
Currently, MyHealth contains any encounter you have at Holy Cross Hospital.
Medical Group visits will be added eventually.
Getting Started with MyHealth
MyHealth is Holy Cross’ patient portal, a secure, online tool that offers patients an
internet-based environment to view their health information. It’s an important
step on your journey to better health.
What can I do in MyHealth? You can:
• View your health information from your inpatient stays at Holy Cross
Hospital 24 hours after results are finalized.
• View educational information about your medical conditions.
• View lab results. Ambulatory (walk-in/outpatient) lab results will appear
in MyHealth 96 hours after they are completed. Inpatient lab results will be
available 24 hours after results are finalized.
• More capabilities will be added in the future, including health information
from Holy Cross Medical Group physician office visits.
Is MyHealth secure?
MyHealth is a secure and encrypted website. This means that you, the patient,
are the only one who can access your health information in MyHealth.
Remember to not share your password and keep it in a safe location to keep your
data secure.
Why should I enroll in MyHealth?
MyHealth provides you with 24/7 online access to your health information,
whenever and wherever you need it. By having direct access to your own
information, MyHealth will help you become better informed about your health
and an active partner in your health care.
What do I need to enroll in MyHealth?
All you need is a valid driver’s license and an active email address. We cannot
enroll patients in MyHealth without active email addresses.
How do I enroll in MyHealth?
You should be receiving an email from MyHealth@che.org with the subject
“Enroll in the MyHealth Patient Portal.” It will contain instructions to enroll in
MyHealth. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of registration, please
check your junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please send an email to
MyHealth@che.org with your name and email address.
What if I still have questions?
MyHealth is not designed to handle emergency situations or provide medical
advice. For medical emergencies, please call 911. For medical questions and
advice, please contact your doctor.
Please email your technical questions to MyHealth@che.org. We will respond to
your email within two business days.
I already enrolled in a Portal at my private physician’s office. Do I have to enroll
in this as well?
MyHealth contains information on your inpatient stay. Your Holy Cross Medical
Group physician records will eventually be added to the portal as well. If your
independent, community physician has a portal, you will need to enroll in Holy
Cross’ MyHealth portal as well in order to access your hospital records.
