How to enroll an additional computer or verify an MFA computer
Please complete the following seven steps below to enroll an additional computer or
to verify a MFA computer
Step 1:
Log in to the credit union’s home banking as normal with your current User ID and
Password using the home banking link on our website:
Step 2:
Next, a statement will appear that MFA needs to verify this computer by selecting you
bookmark/favorites.
If you are on an enrolled computer then you are instructed to click on the bookmark
(Favorites) that you created during MFA enrollment. By clicking on the bookmark you
are asked to input an Access Code. Please now go to Step 6.
Or
If you do not have a bookmark on this computer, click on the “here” link. Use this link to
enroll an additional computer or log in a public computer. Please now go to step 3.
Step 3:
If you see your computer that you enrolled previously please click on the name to have an
email sent to you with a temporary Access Code. Please now go to step 4.
Or
If this is a new computer or a public computer, please click the link “This is a NEW
computer or a PUBLIC computer. Please now go to step 4.
Step 4:
If you clicked on your computer name from step 3 you will immediately receive an email
from pcu@firstflorida.org to your email address. A temporary Access Code will be sent
to you. Please enter this Access Code on the page below. Then go to step 6.
Or
If you click the “here” link from step 3 you will immediately receive an email from
pcu@firstflorida.org to your email address. A temporary Access Code will be sent to
you. Please enter this Access Code on the page below. Go to step 5.
Step 5:
If you would like to enroll this computer permanently click “Yes”. This will then take
you to the enroll computer screen when you can enroll this additional computer. After
you enroll computer please go to step 8.
Or
If this is a Public computer or a computer not under your control click “No.
Please go to Step 8.
Step 6:
Enter the Access Code that is displayed on your screen. Note the Access Code will be
different each time you log on. Please go to step 8.
Step7:
For future online banking logins it’s much quicker to click your bookmark/favorites when
prompted to access your account then to retrieve and Access Code via email. The below
screen asks you to create a new bookmark/favorites. Please make sure you delete any old
MFA bookmarks/favorites first.
Step 8:
You are now complete and are logged in to your home banking account as normal:
