The SD 2M is supplied complete with four sample troughs of sufficient depth to prevent the material from bouncing out. The sample is introduced at the top and separated through 18 chutes into the awaiting two troughs, complying with ISO 13690. Each trough pivots to facilitate re-mixing or division of the sample as required . The unit is easy to clean and features selfcontained storage racks. The SD1-5M manual divider is used to mix bulk samples and to divide randomly into either a 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 or 5:1split ratio. The sample is introduced into the top of the divider and is separated by falling through the 12 internal stainless steel chutes. After separation, the sample exits and is collected from the two outlet spouts into awaiting containers. As the 12 internal chutes are removable, the versatility of the SD1-5M is further enhanced by allowing the split ratio to be changed to suit the operator's requirements.
