REFERAT FRA STYREMØTE I CTHOA 07.11.10 kl 1600 – 1645. (English translation
follows)
Styremøtet ble gjennomført ved bruk av samtaleprogrammet Skype. Kvaliteten i sambandet var
god.
Tilstede: Per Wiberg, Erik Lillelund og Inge Bjørn Storøy
Fraværende: Anne Brit Hatleskog og Karin Sollid
Sak 1: Beslutning om asfaltering av veiene i Chan Tha village.
Med få unntak har beboerne i Chan Tha sluttet seg til prosjektet med asfaltering i Chan Tha village
og innbetalt sitt bidrag til dette. Styret er meget fordnøyd med resultatet og har i dag besluttet å
gjennomføre asfaltering av veiene i Chan Tha village som vist i vedlagte tegning.
Styret ser dette som en viktig milepel i vår innsats for å ivareta miljø og investeringer.

Item 1: Decision on pavingn the roads in Chan Tha village.
With few exceptions, the residents of Chan Tha joined the project of paving in Chan Tha village and
paid their contributions. The Board is very pleased with the results and has today decided to
conduct paving of roads in Chan Tha village, as shown in the accompanying drawing.
The Board sees this as an important milestone in our efforts to protect the environment and
investment.
