DOCUMENTS ACCEPTABLE AS PROOF OF IDENTITY AND ADDRESS (For domestic individual Savings Account) List of Documents acceptable as both Proof of Identity and Address is as follows: 1. Passport (valid as on date) 2. Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card, 3. Voter’s Identity Card (Election Card) 4. Permanent Driving License which is valid with the photograph affixed thereon 5. Job Card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government 6. Letter / Card issued by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDIA) containing details of name, photograph, address, and Aadhaar number. Accordingly, either physical Aadhaar card/ letter issued by UIDAI received through post or the Aadhaar number validated through the e-KYC process adopted by the Bank is acceptable as an officially valid KYC document for onboarding the customer and for re-KYC purpose. Following additional documents are allowed to be accepted in case of the customer carrying out occupation mentioned in Annexure I, however these documents would not be accepted for customer who are opening Savings Accounts under Priority Banking, Wealth and Privee Segment / Products. 1.
