Maintenance Tips

Apartment Entrances
Remember to change your AC filter at
least once a month. You can request one
in the office of put a work order for it to
be replaced.

Just a reminder that the Valet trash service
does not pick up large items such as,
furniture, big boxes, or glass. These items
must be taken to the dumpster located at the
entrance of the property. Also, be sure to
always bag your trash inside the valet bin and
not have loose items.
If you have pets and have placed a work
order, please be sure to cage your animals
so that maintenance can work in your
apartment.
If there is a leak, maintenance will
come and repair the leak. The water
on the floor however is not their
responsibility.
Maintenance will not work in your
apartment if there is a minor by
themselves. We will reschedule
when there is an adult present.
“If your AC is frozen, turn the
unit off, and put the fan ‘On’
instead of Auto. This will allow
the ice to melt faster, and
maintenance can work on it once
the ice melts”

The breezeways are not just hallways,
they are the entry of everyone’s homes. Lets
remember this when leaving cigarette butts
on the floor or other trash. If we all work
together we will keep the property looking
fresh and clean always and a place we are
proud of.

Is number one for you,
Then picking up your doggy doo
Should matter lots to you.
Doogies don’t just fade away
Or fertilize the grass;
Lawn sausages will keep for weeks
Releasing noxious gas
After hour emergencies are:
 No Air Conditioner.
 No water or Hot water
 No heat
 A security threat
 A gas leak
 A Lockout

Dracula had an insatiable thirst, and so
will your friends when they see this
cool cocktail. To make it you’ll need:
1oz mango vodka, 1oz coconut rum,
1oz sweet and sour mix, a splash of
grenadine and an ice. Pour all together
and mix. To make the dripping blood
your need corn syrup and red food
coloring. Stir together in bowl, then
dip the glass into the syrup and let it
drip. Place the glass in a freezer for a
few minutes to help solidify the drips.
TRICK OR TREAT???
We will be creating door flyers to tape on
your door on the night of Halloween, telling
kids to either knock for candy or move to
the next door. This will be an easy way to
avoid disturbance to residents who would
not like to participate in the candy giving.
Be sure to come by the office the week of
Halloween and pick up your:
‘Trick or Treaters Welcome”
OR
“Sorry no Trick or Treaters”
*Parents: please make your child aware of these
signs and how to follow them.
