Maintenance Tips Page 2 Apartment Entrances Remember to change your AC filter at least once a month. You can request one in the office of put a work order for it to be replaced. Just a reminder that the Valet trash service does not pick up large items such as, furniture, big boxes, or glass. These items must be taken to the dumpster located at the entrance of the property. Also, be sure to always bag your trash inside the valet bin and not have loose items. If you have pets and have placed a work order, please be sure to cage your animals so that maintenance can work in your apartment. If there is a leak, maintenance will come and repair the leak. The water on the floor however is not their responsibility. Maintenance will not work in your apartment if there is a minor by themselves. We will reschedule when there is an adult present. “If your AC is frozen, turn the unit off, and put the fan ‘On’ instead of Auto. This will allow the ice to melt faster, and maintenance can work on it once the ice melts” The breezeways are not just hallways, they are the entry of everyone’s homes.
