Currently he serves as President of the Eastern Division of NAfME. Mr. Frampton is the Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts for the Washington Township School District in NJ. He received a Bachelors of Music Education from the University of Florida in 1978 and a Master of Arts in Music Education from Glassboro State College, now Rowan University, in 1984. Mr. Frampton taught band at Cherry Hill High School East in Cherry Hill, NJ and at Triton Regional High School in Runnemede.
