ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The main purpose of this workshop is to
provide an opportunity for engineering faculty
from Academic Institutions, engineers from
Industries and Post Graduate Students to get
the exposure and interaction with the field
experts, who are involved in the research and
development activities in high frequency
circuit Design. Eminent persons from Entuple
Technologies, Bengaluru will be handling the
workshop. In addition to giving exposure to
recent topics of designing RF circuits using the
EDA tool like HFSS, the Workshop will give
impetus to participants to do their research
and development activities in the area of RF
Design and related applications. Therefore
solutions for the many real world problems
will be attempted in an efficient way using the
EDA tool.
RESOURCE PERSONS
The resource persons are from the leading
academic and research institutions involved in
active research in the areas of Microwave
Circuit Design.

is the fruit of dedicated efforts put up by the
Bannari Amman Group, a leading corporate house
under the dynamic leadership of a great visionary
Dr.S.V.Balasubramaniam, in south India to
establish a Center of Excellence in Engineering and
Technology. It is an impressive campus, situated in
a serene surrounding at the foot hills of Nilgiris
Mountain. The institute offers 13 undergraduate,
15 postgraduate programmes in Engineering, 2
postgraduate programmes in Applied Science and
Management. All the departments of Engineering
and Technology are recognized by Anna University,
Chennai to offer Ph.D Programmes. The institution
is an ISO 9001:2000 certified for its quality
education, and most of the eligible courses are
accredited by National Board of Accreditation
(NBA), New Delhi and NAAC with „A‟ Grade. The
institute obtained the best Engineering College
Award from Indian Society for Technical Education
in the year 2009.
