Each class will have a power training component as well as a strength component which will both progress concurrently. The 1st week of the program will begin by introducing the basic exercises and light plyometric movements aimed at teaching and conditioning the body for more intense physical loads. The exercises will become progressively more difficult and complex until the 4th week, consisting of high intensity plyometrics and dynamic power moves when participants will peak in their training. Fitness Level: This class is designed for runners that are at the end of their seasons and/or off-seasons for running, who want to strength train in preparation for the next year.
