The contract sum is RM276.79 million (“Contract”). The Contract shall commence on 15 October 2014 and it is expected to complete in 29 months from the date of commencement. This is KL Eco City’s second contract awarded to IECSB, which is currently constructing two blocks of serviced apartments named Vogue Suites Tower 1, due for completion in November 2016. The contract is worth RM298.24 million. The Contract brings Ireka’s current order book to about RM1.44 billion of which approximately RM1.08 billion remains outstanding. The KL Eco City project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Ireka Group for the financial years ending 31 March 2015 onwards.
