October 22nd--Sweepstakes (Puppy, Veteran, Breeders) Dogs, Breeder/owner seminar,
Annual Meeting Dinner
October 23rd Jr, Showmanship, Bitches, Therapy and Rescue parade, BOB judging, 2014 Dinner and Party.
October 24th OESCA Western Regional.

Supported entry at Vancouver KC in Ridgefied, WA ( just an hour north) or people going south can attend
shows in Dixion, CA that weekend. If driving out prior to the specialty there will be the Idaho cluster, 4 shows
in Boise, ID October 16th-19th

Reserved grooming spaces (10 x 10) WITH POWER are limited. Each also has a good view of the ring. If
you reserve 2 spaces under one name, one space will be in front and one in the second row (Total $250.)
to allow more people front row vision. Reservations are first come, first served. If you need to be
adjacent to someone specific, the reservations MUST be sent together at the same time and names
given.
Bathing stations will be at the fairgrounds—none at the hotels. Please keep the hotels clean.
There will be plenty of free grooming room without electricity.
No reservations will be accepted before JUNE 1, 2014

RULES
Fairgrounds open at noon on Saturday, Oct. 18th. Any RVs arriving before that time will not have an assigned space
and will be asked to move.
Only cars (max 2) affiliated with the RVs (towed vehicles) will be allowed to park in the RV lot. All others will be
towed at the owner’s expense.

VENDOR SPACE RESERVATIONS
Vendor space will be available starting on Monday (set-up), Oct. 20, 2014 at 9
a.m. All vendors will be in the main building, show floor. Electric is $25.00 per
space for the entire event, if needed. All spaces are 10 x 10 and include 1 table and
2 chairs. Additional tables are available (6 tables) for $10 each for the entire
event (Mon.-Fri.) and must be ordered with your vendor application.

Tea table donors $200.00 and up will receive: a unique clock, 2 front row reserved chairs, a
complete set of playing cards and a catalog.
Tea pot donors $100.00 to $199.00 will receive: two decks of playing cards of their choice,
two chairs reserved at ringside.
Tea cup donors $50.00 to $99.00 will receive: Choice of 1 deck of playing cards.
Tea bag donors $25.00 to $49.00 will receive a set of placemats.
Donated funds need to be received by September 19, 2014.
