Regular stock turnover amounted to HRK 10.1 million. (Negative) Tourism company Valamar Riviera (RIVPRA CZ) topped the liquidity board collecting HRK 2.7 million in turnover and its price decreased 3.81% to HRK 20.17. Croatia's September producer price index for industrial goods was up 0.1% on the month and 2.7% lower year on year. (Positive) The State Property Management Office announced that no binding bids were filed in a tender to sell state-owned shares in the hotel Imperial Rab. Defined price was HRK 249 mln (+ HRK 200 mln for investments in 3 years). (Negative) Slovenia Slovenian home appliances maker Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] issued on October 10, 2014, 5-year corporate notes with a total face value of EUR 73 million. Due to overwhelming investor interest, total face value exceeds the initially anticipated amount of EUR 50 million. (Positive) Slovenia's industrial production rose by 4.5% on the year in August, after jumping by 9.0% a month earlier. (Positive) Krka informed the public that from 3 October 2014 up to and including 9 October 2014 acquired 5,196 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 337,688 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 66,297 representing 0.202% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 71,493 representing 0.218% of all shares issued. (Positive) On 10 October 2014, the Slovenian Sovereign Holding and the Republic of Slovenia, as two of the sellers under the contract on the sale of shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d., which was concluded on 5 September 2014 with the buyer, Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, received the purchase price for their shareholdings in Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d.. For its 6.82% shareholding in Aerodrom Ljubljana, Slovenian Sovereign Holding received the amount of EUR 16 mln. For its 50.67% shareholding in Aerodrom Ljubljana the Republic of Slovenia received the purchase price in the amount of EUR 119 mln. (Positive) Serbia State-controlled telecoms operator Telekom Srbija said on Friday its net profit rose 29% to 9.9 billion dinars ($105 million/82.9 million euro) in the first half of 2014. (Positive) Romania Romanian consumer prices inched up 0.1% in September from a month earlier, but the annual inflation almost doubled to 1.54%, the country’s statistics institute INS said Friday. (Negative) Russian oil group will restart activity at its Petrotel-Lukoil refinery in Ploiesti, southern Romania, after a one-week halt, local environmental guard chief Daniela Tudorache said on Friday. (Positive) Romania’s exports rose more rapidly than imports in the first eight months compared with the year-earlier period, but the trade deficit still widened slightly, the country’s statistics institute INS said Friday.
