Nodwch yr amlen yn cynnwys eich ffurflen gais “Ffair Aeaf C, C a G". TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. EXHIBITS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ENTERED AT THE ROYAL WELSH SHOW OR WINTER FAIR. 2. Exhibits must be staged: Between 2.00pm and 6.00pm on Sunday 30 November or between 7.00am and 9.00am on Monday 1 December. (Vehicles MUST BE REMOVED from the event site by 8.00am and parked in the designated car park). 3. WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM EXHIBITORS THAT EXHIBITS NOT BROUGHT FORWARD FOR JUDGING WILL BE MONITORED AND EXHIBITORS MAYBE ASKED TO RETURN THEIR ADMISSION TICKET IF THEY DO NOT SUBMIT THEIR ENTRIES. 4. No Responsibility Will Be Accepted By The Society For Loss Or Damage To Exhibits Or Any Part Thereof, During The Show. The Society Will Not Be Responsible For The Loss Of Any Item In Transit To, Or From The Show. 5. All exhibits must be collected between 5.00pm and 6.30pm (on foot at 5.00pm, NO VEHICULAR ACCESS until 6.00pm) on Tuesday 2 December. Any exhibit left in the Hall after 6.30pm will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. 6. Exhibitors are entitled to enter two entries per class. Prizes will be awarded or withheld at the discretion of the judges whose decision is final. 7. Exhibitors whose entrance fees exceed £8.00 will receive a one day admission ticket to the Fair. All entry fees are inclusive of VAT. 8. The section will be closed for judging between 9.00am and 12.00noon Monday 1 December. 9. All exhibits must have been made by the exhibitor. 10. Exhibitors may use china / biodegradable plates providing that they are unidentifiable. 11. Exhibitors must attach their numbers to all exhibits before bringing them to the Show. 12. The section will remain open to the public: Monday 12.00noon – 7.00pm Tuesday 8.00am – 5.00pm or at times at the discretion of the Assistant Honorary Director. 13. Protests Any protest must be made in writing and handed to the Chief Steward within two hours of judging, together with a deposit of £25.00 which will be returned if the protest is upheld. 14.
