Official Rules & Regulations The drawing is a benefit for St. Francis de Sales High School in Toledo, Ohio. Only 2,000 chances @ $50 will be sold and entered in the drawing. The drawing for the 2014 Jeep Cherokee will be held at halftime of the St. Francis de Sales High School vs Fremont Ross High School Football Game on October 17,2014. Title for the Jeep Cherokee will be made to an individual 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. If the winner is less than 18 years of age, title will be made to his or her parent or legal guardian. No cash equivalent will be provided in lieu of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Any and all taxes and similar fees, including, but not limited to applicable license and registration fees for the vehicle, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The 100 drawings, each for $100 cash, will be held in the office of St. Francis de Sales High School on the first school day following the Jeep Cherokee drawing. In the event that less than 2,000 chances are sold, ten percent of the chances sold will be drawn for $100 each. Winners of the $100 drawings will be notified by mail and checks will be sent with notification. Winners need not be present at drawings to win.
