Upon receipt of your deposit a letter of confirmation together with pre order forms will be sent to you. Pre order forms are to be completed and returned to your Christmas bookings manager no later than 4 weeks prior to your reservation. The latest a pre order can be changed is 72 hours before your party date. Guests should pay particular attention to the time of the reservation and time allocated to their stay. A 10% service charge will be added to your final bill.
