working towards the Newham Healthy
Children's Centre status. With support from
the Early Start Community Nutrition Team
we aim to provide parents with information
to support you in improving and
maintaining the best nutrition for your
children. The centre strives to provide
children and their families with a whole
centre approach to healthy eating by:

installing healthy lifestyles for children
and their families

Providing information on nutrition, oral
health and physical activity
•
Ensuring Early Start Community

Everyone who has a child under 5 years old in their
family and living in Newham are welcome to use our
services. Some of our groups need to be booked in
advance. We provide a free creche for most of our
classes for adults. You will be asked to register your
child in the creche when you book on a course. It is
best that you book early as places in our creche are
limited.
