FREE LEGAL HEALTH CHECKS
With ongoing regulatory changes across the resources sector, as well as legislative updates regarding the way
companies conduct their operations, it is important that business risks and exposures are properly addressed and that
directors and executives are aware of their obligations.
Our law firm partner McCullough Robertson will be conducting confidential, 30 minute, free legal health checks for
resource companies wanting a review of their organisation’s current contractual and legal liabilities and risks, including an
analysis of existing and future requirements.
The health checks can focus on corporate and other capital market matters, regulatory and approval requirements or
general commercial matters. They will deliver an objective independent assessment of actual risk exposure based on
an analysis of your underlying operations.
For further information and to schedule your health check, please email
Chris Saxby at csaxby@mccullough.com.au or call 02 9270 8655.
