Student Trainee (Administrative and Office Support) Pathways Internship--at Carters Lake in
Chatsworth, GA.
The internship is to provide a learning opportunity for a student enrolled in a field of study to enhance
their future goals and improve their knowledge with work experience in a working environment. The
work schedule may be flexible and allow for the student to work a part-time position (approximately 832 hours per week) during the school year (September-May) and may be full-time (40 hours per week)
during the school year or during school breaks and the summer months (May-August).
The position is located at our Carters Project Office, located in Chatsworth, Georgia. You must live within

DUTIES:
Use basic functions of office automation word processing software and electronic mail to create, copy,
edit, and print a variety of standardized documents. Perform basic office automation duties such as
produce letters and memos, arrange tabulated data, perform editing functions to incorporate
substantive changes made by originators, store and retrieve electronic documents or files, activate a
printer, insert and delete text, print standardized paragraphs from a glossary, enter data into a
predefined spreadsheet or database, or retrieve data from specified electronic records. Print hard
copies of incoming mail or messages or route to other terminals.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
You will be evaluated on the basis of their level of competency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the
following areas:
 Knowledge of office automation software
 Ability to perform administrative work in an office setting

DriveThisTruck is an independent contractor affiliated through Prime Inc., based out of Springfield,
Missouri. Their employees are hired by Prime Inc., as company drivers, but do not have the
responsibility of maintenance or fixed costs. In other words, no payments, fuel, or maintenance come

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Performs set-up and prepares line for packaging – various packaging equipment.
 Provides packaging supplies and bulk product as required to feed packaging machines and
change as necessary (i.e. bottles, labels, and caps).
 Continually observes product and materials being used and rejects any, substandard materials
or packages not in conformance with FDA-cGMP’s.
 Document, monitor and maintain proper fill levels as based on the product specifications.
 Operate package line according to Set-Up Sheets, SPI, SOP’s and other instructed procedures.
 Observes operation of equipment and lubricates, makes minor mechanical repairs or requests
mechanics help as needed.
 Assists mechanic with packaging line changeover.
 Disassembles equipment at end of production runs and cleans in accordance with Chattem
procedures to comply with FDA – cGMP’s.
 Responsible for signing off on permanent records and that the appropriate cleaning procedures
are followed.
 Maintains a safe work area and observes all company safety regulations.
Education:
 High School diploma or equivalent
Special Requirements:
 Must work in a pleasant and cooperative manner
 Maintain satisfactory attendance record.
 Must be able to lift heavy loads (20 – 60lbs), and to handle weights up to 500 lbs. with
mechanical assistance.
 Exceptional mechanical skills
