Student Trainee (Administrative and Office Support) Pathways Internship--at Carters Lake in
Chatsworth, GA.
The internship is to provide a learning opportunity for a student enrolled in a field of study to enhance
their future goals and improve their knowledge with work experience in a working environment. The
work schedule may be flexible and allow for the student to work a part-time position (approximately 832 hours per week) during the school year (September-May) and may be full-time (40 hours per week)
during the school year or during school breaks and the summer months (May-August).
The position is located at our Carters Project Office, located in Chatsworth, Georgia. You must live within

DUTIES:
Use basic functions of office automation word processing software and electronic mail to create, copy,
edit, and print a variety of standardized documents. Perform basic office automation duties such as
produce letters and memos, arrange tabulated data, perform editing functions to incorporate
substantive changes made by originators, store and retrieve electronic documents or files, activate a
printer, insert and delete text, print standardized paragraphs from a glossary, enter data into a
predefined spreadsheet or database, or retrieve data from specified electronic records. Print hard
copies of incoming mail or messages or route to other terminals.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
You will be evaluated on the basis of their level of competency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the
following areas:
 Knowledge of office automation software
 Ability to perform administrative work in an office setting
To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited higher
education program seeking a degree. You must have successfully completed 1 academic year of post

DriveThisTruck is an independent contractor affiliated through Prime Inc., based out of Springfield,
Missouri. Their employees are hired by Prime Inc., as company drivers, but do not have the
responsibility of maintenance or fixed costs. In other words, no payments, fuel, or maintenance come
out of the drivers’ pay, yet they receive all of Prime’s benefits has such as medical, vision, and 401K.
Trainees have the opportunity to become an owner/operator of a brand new 2015 Super Freightliner
Cascadia Evolution in as little as 4 years, at no cost to the driver. Drivers are guaranteed a paycheck
