Participants13-15yrs must be with parent or guardian.
No Admittance after 10 minutes of class starting.
Class must have two participants to run.
Please wear shoes in all classes except yoga & pilates
Please advise your doctor before beginning an exercise

BALANCE CLASS
Many seniors have a fear of falling that may restrict
activities of daily living. Come join the wellness
staff and improve your balance. Class takes
place in the Spirit, Mind & Body room.

BENDER BARRE
Come experience what it feels like to really
lengthen your muscles functionally. You will do specific
exercises developed through applied functional movement
for better posture and overall health
BARKAN METHOD
The Barkan Method is a style of Hatha Yoga. It includes
sequences of yoga postures to stretch and strengthen
various areas of the body. The practice brings vital
balance and restores all systems to optimal health.

FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
What is yoga and what type is best for me? Why do a
“Downward Dog”? Come learn the benefits of yoga and
the answers to these questions and many more in this
new 4 week class. The instructor will guide you through
each pose and help you better understand yoga poses.

GENTLE YOGA
This class moves through gentle yet strengthening
postures and breathing exercises so you become more
centered in your body and learn to relax.

HATHA YOGA
Yoga to create balance, strengthen, stretch, and
become more centered. We will practice breathing and
yoga postures, build awareness of body alignment,
develop fundamentals and deepen our practice.
All levels are welcome
PILATES
60 minutes; uses controlled movements focusing
on the “core” muscles to increase total body
strength and flexibility.
PILATES & CORE DYNAMICS
A combination of pilates and some core standing
exercises for total body control, strength, and
flexibility
MEDIATION
Stressed out? Constantly moving and multitasking?
Come quiet your mind through mediation. Research has
shown mediation to be very effective in reducing stress,
decreasing anxiety, and increasing the immune system.
In this class you will be introduced to different methods
used to meditate and quiet the mind.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
The Deep wisdom of true yoga lies in the understanding
that we are all different. In this slow flow class you
will learn yoga postures, yoga terms, and move at your
own pace, honoring your limits and abilities.

YOGA FOR A STONG CORE
A strong core can improve your posture, reduce back
pain and bring more energy into your life. Yoga for a
strong core will include key core strengthening poses
woven into traditional hatha based yoga.

YOGA FOR KIDS
Come have fun practicing yoga. In this class kids will
learn to breathe deeper, stretch longer, balance more,
and relax as they gain physical strength.
POWER YOGA
In this class you will learn the basics of vinyasa yoga
with power movements. You will also explore more
challenging postures as the session progresses.
Yoga Experience Recommended
YOGA FOR THE BACK
Yoga with a set of awareness exercises to help you
learn more about your back. You will practice modified
yoga poses to strengthen and gently stretch the neck,
shoulders, upper and lower back, hips, and knees.

KIDS ON THE MOVE
A class designed to help kids lead a healthy life style
while having fun. Kids will play games, dance and do
exercises to move more and help reach 60 minutes of
activity for the day.
SELF DEFENSE
Introductory training in situational self defense. No
previous experience or equipment necessary.
TAI CHI FOR HEALTHY AGING
The T’ai Chi for healthy aging program consists of
gentle, graceful movements consisting of the ancient
Chinese practice of T’ai Chi. Participants will with their
learn exercises to improve balance and physical
functioning to decrease the fear of falling, reduce pain
and achieve greater relaxation.
