(November 5, 2014) – SeaPort Airlines today announced that it will begin air service from Greenville, Mississippi (Mid-Delta Regional Airport) and Muscle Shoals, Alabama (Northwest Alabama Regional Airport) on January 12, 2015. The carrier’s announcement follows the award of Essential Air Service at both cities by the US Department of Transportation. At Greenville, SeaPort will offer 18 roundtrips per week to Memphis International Airport. This will provide customers opportunities to connect with six airlines that offer an average of 85 daily departures to 29 nonstop destinations. At Muscle Shoals, the carrier will offer 24 weekly departures to Nashville International Airport. At Nashville, customers will have connecting opportunities with an average of 176 daily departures to 44 nonstop destinations on seven airlines. Schedules for both communities are shown below. The fare will be available on every seat and every flight through February 28, 2015. Tickets must be purchased by January 15, 2015 and quoted fares include all taxes and fees.
