Conditions of Entry: Entry is conditional upon acceptance of these conditions.
Before riding: all open competitors must sign a day attendance form, this form can be downloaded from
www.mansfieldponyclub.org.au ; and if a current pony club card cannot be presented, pay an additional $10.00 PCAV club
member cards must be inspected at the secretary’s office. There will be no refunds on unused tickets. Entering this
competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules. The organising committee
reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating
the reason. All riders must wear complying helmets. Spot checks to ensure compliance may occur. Gear check: Pony club
sections require gear check before riding. (Open show rings excluded) Armbands are required to be worn by all competitors
(including non-pony club). Queries, protests, horse abuse as per the PCAV Handbook of By-Laws. Dogs are prohibited
without exception. No stallions, colts or rigs. PCAV Alcohol Policy applies. Neither the organising committee of this
competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders,
ground spectators or any other person or property.
YES - YOU ARE ALLOWED TO COMPETE IN ALL THREE RINGS. Plaiting is NOT Compulsory.

To Commence at 10am until 12noon. Limit of 2 runs per event per horse.
These events are run against the clock and the best time wins. They are open to all age groups.
When entering please inform the Timekeeper of the age group you are in. 6yrs and under (may be
led), 7-9 yrs, 10-12yrs, 13-15yrs, 16yrs & over. Go to these events between your ring classes.
FRESHMANS SHOWJUMPING
To commence at 9am start height 45cm going up progressively throughout the
morning to a maximum height of 90cm. PC must only ride at their graded height
which will be checked on cards. $3.00 per round. Max. of 4 x rounds. Blue Ribbon
for a clear round.
