As a PE Coach and Sports Leader, you will be responsible for planning and delivering primary physical education. You will be accountable for children’s learning, attainment, behaviour and progression. You will have to work closely with the PE Coordinator to plan schemes of work, write reports and ensure children are meeting all targets and progressing at an acceptable rate for PE. PE Coach and Sports Leader candidates must have at least a level 2 in any sport, a strong sport and teaching background. In addition having access to a vehicle is essential as you will be required to travel to events which may take place at the weekend also. Within this role you will be fully supported by your PE Co-ordinator and have regular appraisals and development opportunities.
