Travel to Budapest
Arriving by plane
When arriving at Liszt Ferenc International Airport, take the shuttle bus to Budapest (make
an online reservation) or use the public transportation.
By public transportation: Bus 200E travels between Terminal 2 and Kőbánya-Kispest
Underground Terminal. Take the M3 line to Deák Ferenc Square and from there take the M2
line to the different hotels (more information below).

From Keleti Pályaudvar (Eastern Railway Station)
 To Three Corners Hotel Bristol - within walking distance
 To Hotel Nemzeti Budapest take the M2 Underground line to Blaha Lujza Square

From train station to the venue
 From Keleti Pályaudvar (Eastern Railway Station) take the M2 Underground line to
Örs Vezér Square station and from there take HÉV (Local Railway) to Imre Utca
station.
 From Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station) take the M3 Underground line to
Deák Ferenc Square station and from there take the M2 line to Örs Vezér Square
station. Afterwards take HÉV (Local Railway) to Imre Utca station.
From the hotels to the venue
From all three hotels take the M2 Underground line to Örs Vezér Square station and from
there take HÉV (Local Railway) to Imre Utca station.
Travel to networking events
From hotels to the Dinner Cruise meeting point
From all three hotels take the M2 Underground line to Deák Ferenc Square station and from
there the M1 line to Vörösmarty Square station.
From the venue to the Hungarian wine tasting dinner
From all three hotels take the M2 Underground line to Deák Ferenc Square station and from
there take Bus 16 to Szentháromság Square stop.
From the venue to Welcome Reception II
Free bus transfer will be available at 17:45 from the main entrance of the Academy
venue (BGF). The Alma Mater restaurant is within walking distance from the Reception
venue.
On-site registration
On-site registration will take place at the main entrance of the first floor of BGF. Please
see the enclosed venue plan.
Please come to the on-site registration desk to pick-up your registration package and
Academy bag. EAIE staff will be available at the desk during the following times:
 Monday 17 November: 08:00–09:00

Wednesday 19 November: 12:00–14:00
Thursday 20 November: 08:00–09:00
EAIE staff will also be available during the Academy at the on-site EAIE Academy Office
and the Information Desk (located in the catering area). Please see the enclosed venue
plan.

Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the atrium on the first floor of BGF.
Receptions will take place on Monday 17 November from 17:30–18:30 at Budapest Business
School (CIMB Campus) and on Thursday 20 November from 18:45–20:00 at Budapest
Business School (Markó Utca Campus, city centre). All participants are cordially invited to
these receptions.
For the other networking events listed below, pre-registration and payment of an additional
fee were required.
If you have registered for any of these events, you will have the relevant event code
indicated on your name badge.

Tuesday 18 November 19:00–21:00: Dinner Cruise on the Danube

Wednesday 19 November 19:00–21:00: Hungarian wine tasting dinner

