The Vermont Gift Show & Craft Fair is a point of sale show (products or gift certificates must be sold) and available to any business wishing to sell their products and services. We strongly encourage crafters and direct sale businesses such as Lia Sophia, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Avon and the like participate. Cost: • • • • • 8’ table* $99 members $129 non-members *multiple adjoining spaces may be purchased Spaces will be sold on a first come-first pay basis and will be reserved ONLY when payment is received. You must purchase enough space for your display. We are trying to accommodate as many businesses as possible we ask that you please purchase the amount of space necessary for your display. Linens will be provided for all tables. Electricity is available. You must provide your own extension cords and strips. Outlets will be shared so please plan accordingly. Businesses must assume responsibility for the security of the products exhibited. Set-up/Tear Down • • • You can choose to set up your space Friday, November 21st (time TBD) or Saturday, November 22nd at 7:30am. Your display must be ready for opening at 8:45am and should be staffed at that time. Displays absolutely cannot be torn down until the closing of the show at 3:00pm. Tearing down early may result in non admittance in 2015 Raffles We encourage you to hold individual prize raffles at your exhibitor space.
