SIGNATURE SERIES – TABATA (Level 3) FIT KIDZ A high intensity interval training workout that burns fat fast. Delivers huge results in improving aerobic, anaerobic and muscular endurance, fitness and weight loss benefits. Class has 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest over 8 rounds with 7 different stations. Total body workout with maximum fun! The exercise program where kids don’t know they are exercising. Friday is included FREE for members’ children. Class does not run in school holidays. PILATES (Level 2) AB SOLUTION (Level 2) Core body conditioning to strengthen the core muscles of the abdominal and lower back and increase flexibility. 15 min abdominal and core workout. Tighten and flatten your abs. PILATES ON THE BALL (Level 2) BALANCE (Level 2) A combination of yoga, tai chi, pilates and traditional stretching. Every exerciser needs to do this class. BAT CLASS (Level 2) Body conditioning exercises using a Swiss ball to strengthen the core, increase flexibility and stability. Great for posture and balance. SCHWINN CYCLE (Level 3) Butts, abdominals and thighs. Lower body toning and conditioning workout. An exhilarating 45 min cycle class based around real outdoor cycling experiences. From beginners to advanced allowing all levels to ride together. B-ACTIVE (Level 1) STEP (Level 2) Want to be more active but don’t know where to start? This class is for you! A varied workout for the beginner at a low to moderate intensity. Come and have a go! Great for the young at heart! Intermediate step choreography that caters for the beginner to the more advanced participants. BODY BLITZ (Level 2) Pump tone into your muscles, one of the fastest ways to change your shape. Stationary resistance group program. BOXING (Level 3) STEP MOVES (Level 3) Medium to advanced step choreography that is so much fun you will forget you are working out. STRETCH (Level 2) Everybody needs to stretch! A 15 minute total body stretch and relax class to compliment your workout. Learn how to box like a professional.
