Melbourne Law School THE MELBOURNE LAW MASTERS 2015 A CLASS ABOVE ENERGY AND RESOURCES LAW This specialisation is a response to the explosion of interest in energy and resources management in Australia and throughout the world. It builds on Melbourne Law School’s long-standing strengths in the energy and resources sector. Energy and resources are dominant in the Australian economy, and have long been so. Melbourne Law School’s specialisation in energy and resources law allows lawyers and other professionals to gain expertise and skills in statutory and contractual regimes governing exploration and production, sophisticated commercial transactions relating to those activities, project finance, regulatory controls and resolution of resources conflicts, drawing upon Australian experience and applying it globally.
