Your donations help us continue our mission. Womens General Auxiliary News At our Board of Directors meeting on December 3, it was decided that we would not meet the months of January and February. That means that the next issue of Thru the Window will be out in March. We completed filling the Christmas stockings for the children. We have scheduled volunteers to distribute the stocking through December 19. Again, we You can donate to the Womens General Auxiliary through your gift giving programs with your employer. Some of you have already donated through The United Way. You will need our 501(c) 3 Federal ID # to do this, which you can obtain by calling Gloria Kulenkamp at 651-457-7968 or Marjorie Park at 651455-6586. Page 3 of 6 Other News Volunteers helped fill Christmas stockings: Members of the Plymouth Creek Athletic Club in Plymouth, MN helped fill Christmas stockings for the children at Shriners Hospital and clinic. They had so much fun that it is going to be an annual event for them. Thanks for taking time from your schedules to help. They said it is so rewarding to give of their time. Thank you ladies. Shriners Hospitals for ChildrenTwin Cities and the Womens General Auxiliary were selected again as the Mounds View High School SkillsUSA Community Service Project. The students are part of a national organization that builds and reinforces self-confidence, work attitudes and communication skills. The students helped us fill hygiene bags during their visit to the WGA. They also donated toys and other items used in the stockings. Their annual pop tab collection was very successful and they brought us a number of boxes filled with tabs. Thank you SkillsUSA students for your contributions to the Shiners Hospital for Children-Twin Cities and the WGA.
