Fashion Shows:
There will be two 20 minute fashion shows, for brides and their guests. These shows will take place in the
ballroom. We believe this format provides the brides with a fashion show that they enjoy and expect,
but does not interfere with the Exhibitors main purpose of interacting with the brides, allowing you
maximum exposure throughout the event.
Show Information:
At our last Show at this location, we had approximately 100 Exhibitors and over 800+ Brides.
We will be applying the same successful promotions, plus some new ones, so we expect similar or better results!
Inside this package, you will find there are several levels of participation for exhibitors to choose from,
depending on your budget and how big of a splash you hope to make. In addition to different
booth options, you have an array of upgrades and Sponsorship tools to choose from- all explained within!

writing and signed by an official of the Florida Signature Bridal Affair. NOTE: On day of Show, if you choose to move out prior to 4:00pm, you will
be invoiced a $100 Early Departure Fee.

Promotional Agreement
NOW THEREFORE, FSBA, for the consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and permits EXHIBITOR the right to participate in Promotion pursuant to the following:

EXHIBITOR’S participation is subject to all rules and regulations as promulgated by Florida Signature Bridal Affair, and may be amended from time
to time. Door Prize required minimum value $50.00.
EXHIBITOR’S must display Bridal Show Tickets & Posters at their place of business, in plain view for customers to see and help
themselves to a copy.
FSBA shall not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise to EXHIBITOR or EXHIBITOR’S employees, servants, agents or invitees, or to
EXHIBITOR’S goods or property from any cause whatsoever.
EXHIBITOR shall protect, indemnify and hold harmless FSBA, Inc from any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, or expenses of any kind or
nature whatsoever, arising out of or from (I) any accident or occurrence in or at the EXHIBITOR’S location; (II) the consumption or existence at the
Venue of any product sold by EXHIBITOR or its agent; (III) the sale of any goods by EXHIBITOR or its agent; or (IV) any act or omission of
EXHIBITOR, its employees, servants, agents or invitees.
Nothing in this agreement shall operate or be construed to create any employer-employee relationship or other agency relationship. EXHIBITOR
shall undertake all obligations under this agreement as an independent contractor.
EXHIBITOR shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance, licenses or permits. Your Business License is required to sell items
at the show.
EXHIBITOR understands and agrees that the bridal lead list supplied by FSBA to EXHIBITORS is for EXHIBITOR’S use only. EXHIBITOR
expressly covenants and agrees not to duplicate or permit inspection of the bridal lead list.
A $100 deposit per show is required with the signing of this agreement. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event the promotion is cancelled for
any reason the deposit will either by refunded or applied to a future event a the sole discretion of Florida Signature Bridal Affair.
EXHIBITOR’S shall: (a) keep their booth space attended during the promotion, (b) not permit any trash or garbage to accumulate, (c) provide and/or
pay for any labor needed to set up and take down any display, (d) not permit the loud playing of any music, radio, television or other device, (e)
ensure that any display signs or other equipment are displayed in a professional, neat manner, and (f) abide by all rules and regulations established
by FSBA for the sale and efficient operation of the promotion.
I understand that I cannot break down our booth until the show closes at 4:00PM. Further, I understand that if I do choose to break down
early I will not receive the bridal leads from the show and will be subject to the $100 early departure fee. I also will not be eligible for
participation in future FSBA Bridal Shows.
EXHIBITOR shall not conduct any business or pass information outside the immediate area of EXHIBITOR’S designated booth space.
EXHIBITOR shall not share or sublet its space or promote any other business at the promotion without the express written consent of Florida
Signature Bridal Affair.
Your Exhibit Display must be ready for viewing by attendees no later than 11:30AM.
FSBA shall provide booth space, which shall be assigned by receipt of contract and initial deposit. Space will be as described, according to the
option purchased by Exhibitor.
If exhibitor contracts for multiple shows and receives the multiple show discount, and then, at a later date, decides not to participate in a following
show, Exhibitor will be billed retroactively for the proper amount for the number of shows actually participated in.
FSBA Advertiser’s discounts, if applicable, applies only to current participants of our Monthly Bridal Leads program. If you do not maintain advertiser
status, the discount no longer applies.
Valets are available merely for assistance in handling extra heavy and/or un-wieldy equipment and are only available between 8AM- 11AM; at which
time you should already be in place. All vendors must be prepared for their own move-in/ move-out, the same as if you were working a wedding.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s
activities on the Host’s premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Host property, its owner, and its management company, Florida
Signature Bridal Affair, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
