- this time it was apparently a protest
vote and not because he is supporting
UKIP! Nigel Farage’s party may not be
ready for Government, but neither were
the Liberal Democrats, although as a
coalition they have had influence.
How fast 2014 has gone! It is hard to
believe we are compiling the Christmas
catalogue already. The year has disproved
the many “experts” who predicted a
property crash - yet again! In fact, the
rooms in all locations have been more
busy than ever with our sales increasing
for the year by around 10% on 2013 and
maintaining a conversion rate of over
85% overall.
In a nutshell, the message is, in my view,
much more simple - we don’t want to
be ruled by Brussels or, for that matter,
Westminster. I think we would all feel
much safer and in control if it was left to
the County and Local Authorities to run
their patch within a national framework.
Big and national is seldom beautiful,
whether with Government, Charities maybe even Auctioneers!

up to the next general election. The
result at Rochester and Strood has shown
just how frustrated the population has
become with the way in which our
Country has been administered by
both Labour and the Conservatives in
Westminster.

caring for children, animals, the elderly
or birds are all under scrutiny for
squandering the hard earned money
raised by their loyal supporters on
unnecessary costs such as legal fees
(which should be covered by the CPS),
filling black holes in the staff pension
fund shortfall, extortionate rents,
executive salaries, exorbitantly enhanced
fund raising extravaganzas, consultants,
blind obedience of guidance from The

may like your policies but we don’t! The
rhetoric of “I get it” and the constant
rubbishing of any policies put forward
by the other side on purely political,
point scoring, grounds is no longer
acceptable. In the previous election
when the majority voted for Mark

governance - indeed it seems anything
apart from the children, elderly, animals
or birds, etc., which generous donors
believe they are helping. With locally

wasted on tiers of management - it goes
straight to the front line, where it should
be.

It hardly seems possible that another year has almost come
and gone, with another 30,000 plus miles clocked up on my
car alone criss-crossing the region in the search for suitable

and I have sourced since we held our November sale just a

covering an area from Dorchester in the West to Portsmouth

As ever there looks to be something for everyone, including
