Many claim their property to be in the heart and center of Beirut, the city of contrasts
and myriad fascinations, but only a few privileged properties are indeed. Lilas stands
perfectly in the center of the Capital. Boasting 20 stories, and overlooking magnificently
the Hippodrome, Lilas is located at the epicentre of the Beirut Central District, Ras
Beirut, Eastern Beirut, the Southern suburbs and the International Airport.
Once you turn the corner to the right from the main road across the hippodrome, and
enter the Ras el Nabeh area, you are magically transferred into a serene and quiet
neighborhood crowned by Lilas Towers.

Residence
Lilas was conceived with high attention to details. It features a blend of architectural blocks
framing the various floors and apartments. An interplay of balconies and generous bay
windows with louvered wooden shutters allow natural light to penetrate the residences,
providing them with shading and privacy. The building's stratified structure compliments
the simplicity of straight extrusions and focuses on intricacy and differentiation.
Lilas’s identity lies in the comprehensive integration of its main façade with its staggered
volumes and unique vista. Multi-layered boxed floors have been structured into
diverse spatial configurations, and sizes, creating a diverse vertical community in
the heart of the city.

THE LANDSCAPE
Everywhere in Lilas, from the inviting landscaped gardens to the tower’s vertical green walls composed of rows of planters, a symphony of greenery is revealed. It’s
only when the street gates open that the lushness of the building envelop and its surrounds overwhelms you! A vast garden with a balanced mix of mineral spaces
interwoven with a melange of colourful plants leads the way, to the entrance lobby, where another story unfolds.

THE ENTRANCE
The stately entrance hall radiates an air of majesty. The materials used, a mix of of glass,
wood and polished marble interact with natural and reflected light offering a warm
welcome feeling that embalms you every time you go home.
