Jane Charles
Deputy Manager
Before starting Agincare in August 2014 I had an 18 year
nursing history having qualified as a Registered General Nurse
and Registered Mental Nurse. Following this I worked in
Sheltered Housing, Extra Care Housing and Domiciliary Care before starting at
Agincare in this new exciting role in August.
Out of work I enjoy travelling around the UK and Europe, with or without my
caravan, preferably stopping at small sites around the country. I have started
playing skittles for a local ladies team but feel I have not reached my peak yet so
will continue to practise.
I look forward to working with everyone in the future and please do not hesitate
to contact me with any concerns.
Natalie Duncan
I’m your first port of call when you call into the office. Prior
to Agincare I was involved with a variety of businesses
ranging from the security industry to the leisure & tourism
industry. Out of work I enjoy outdoor sports including quad
biking, superbikes and jet skiing and also watching the
greyhound dog racing.

Meet Your Care Co-ordinators….
Larry Lagrue
Team Leader
Originally from Essex, I started work with Agincare in February
2014. It’s been a really steep learning curve, but a great journey.
I was honoured to be promoted to Team Leader in November.
I’m proud to be part of an excellent team of Co-ordinators and Care Workers whose
dedication and hard work are reaping real rewards in terms of the quality of care
we are providing. On a personal level, I’m known throughout the office for my
sense of humour and my jokes, and my variety of colourful jumpers, as well as my
dashing good looks. Oh, and I’m modest as well.

I was working as an Auxiliary Nurse before I came to Agincare
but my job range has been wide and varied, including midwifery
and horse training. I have two young children that take up all of
my time outside of work. My hobbies include reading, horseriding and travelling. One of my ambitions is to be an aid
worker.

Suzanne Kitson
I joined Agincare in September 2014 as an Administrator but
was promoted into the position of Care Coordinator at the end
of October. My new role is challenging but I am really enjoying
all aspects of coordinating the right Care Worker to our
Clients. I always look forward to our communications on my
weekly call outs! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my son and love trips
to the cinema.

Lisa Hutchings
Hi. I’m Lisa H but people call me ‘Hutch.’ I am the recruitment

Sam Duckworth
My name’s Sam and I am a Recruitment Officer in charge of our online recruitment advertising,
North and Midland recruitment and our supplier relations. When I’m not working, I enjoy attending
festivals and I’m usually the one that starts off the crowd surfing. I also like trying exotic foods such
as crocodile & cheese burgers.
Richard Henshall
Hi, I’m Richard-Jai but everyone knows me as RJ, so that’s what to call me! I’m a Recruitment Officer
and part of my role is to deal with all overseas recruitment for Live in Care Clients. I used to be in a

Lisa Penny
Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m the latest addition to the recruitment family. Part of my role is to review
applications to ensure we have the best Care Workers delivering the best standard of care to our
Clients. In my spare time I like to bake novelty cakes. I also love adventurous activities and am really
hoping to be able to do a plane walk soon.
Compliance and Training
Ami Jaruszek
Team Leader
I have been working for Agincare for 2 ½ years now and have enjoyed every minute of it although I
will say it is a challenge! As the Team Leader for compliance it is my responsibility to ensure that you
all receive the staff support and training to carry out your responsibilities.
In my spare time I enjoy competing my horse and also spending time with my family. I have a husband and a little boy
who is 5 who loves rugby and plays for our local rugby club. However, I am not allowed to rugby training anymore as I
have been told I am a ‘pushy mum’!!
Joanna Gordon
Hi, my name is Joanna Gordon. I recently joined the Compliance Team. My responsibilities are
managing all your training needs and ensuring that new Client care plans are comprehensive and up to
date. I enjoy good food, wine and reading where possible, although my 3 teenage boys keep me busy.
Helen Walker
My name is Helen Walker. I joined Agincare LICS at the end of September. My main area of
responsibility is the reviews of Care Plans and a joint responsibility facilitating the Care Worker
training. I like to keep active with swimming and walking and will have the occasional mad moments
and go jogging. I’m hoping to do the Colour Run in April for Charity.

Dignity in Care....
The Dignity in Care campaign was launched in November 2006 and is hosted by the Social
Care Institute for Excellence and aims to put dignity and respect at the heart of UK care
services.
The campaign has over 40,000 registered Dignity Champions - be they individuals or care
organisations. They are part of a nationwide movement, working individually and
collectively, to ensure people have a good experience of care when they need it. They
include councillors, staff at all levels in NHS and social care, volunteers, service users,
their carers and members of the public.
The Dignity in Care campaign is led by the National Dignity Council, who work together to
raise the profile of the network and to place greater emphasis on promoting the work the
Dignity Champions do to improve standards of care for people who use services.
The campaign's core values are about having dignity in our hearts, minds and actions,
changing the culture of care services and placing a greater emphasis on improving the
quality of care and the experience of citizens using services including NHS hospitals,
community services, care homes and home support services.
Here at Agincare we will be celebrating Dignity in Care day on 1st February 2015. To help
us celebrate we value your opinions and what dignity in care means to you. Email
