Dinner
Friday, December 12th at 5:30 pm
……first we have dinner with our friends and families and
then we enjoy a brief but meaningful service led by Hazzan
Levin and our Nursery School Director Mrs Mack!
The service is filled completely with Shabbat songs and prayers that our
children have been learning and singing in school and is approximately 20 – 30
minutes in length.
The cost for dinner has been subsidized by your fundraising dollars and will
not exceed $25 per family. Please complete the form below and return with
your payment to the Nursery School office by Tuesday, December 9th. We
must let the caterer know by that date so please don’t be late!

Chanukah Laser Light Show Join us as the Chanukah story becomes a duel of light beams with fantastic lighting effects. We will celebrate Havdalah and then watch an exciting laser light show culminating in a giant menorah lighting you’ll never forget! For adults and kids of ALL ages. Light refreshments will be served. Special Tot Shabbat Programs
on Saturday Mornings at NEVE SHALOM
Four times a year, we are offering new Special Saturday Morning
Tot Shabbat Programs for pre-school aged children from
10:15am-11:45am.
The dates are scheduled close to certain holidays:
December 20 (Chanukah)
February 28 (Purim)
April 18 (Yom Ha’Atzmaut)
This program is free, each child who attends will receive a Judaica
item and a certificate. In addition to an age-appropriate interactive
service, the children will also be invited into the main sanctuary during
the Torah service. There will be a Kiddush lunch table
especially for them following services.

Donated food will go to JFVS Meals on Wheels.
We will also be doing Mitzvah projects such as:
Cards for shut-ins
Stories and Discussions with Assisted Living Residents
Everyone will eat latkes, get chocolate gelt, play dreidel and other games.
Parents are welcome.

and then light our giant CAN MENORAH.
