His clients include both multinationals and local enterprises such as 3M, B. Braun, Dairy Farm, First National Bank, General Motor, HACTL, Hongkong Electric, Motorola, Shell Oil, Shui On Real Estate, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, etc. Later he joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong where his researched on strategy and operations management for 14 years.
