This class will help reduce your risk of injury from slips, trips and falls. In addition to the class, participants may also come and use the gym on Mondays and Fridays at the same time. Each class / session (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) is great value at only $3.50 per visit. A class pass is essential for all classes. Please collect this at reception before you enter the class. Some classes have limited places—please be early to avoid disappointment. Please ensure you are in the group fitness room at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. To participate in the Fighting Fit class you must have a pair of boxing inner gloves (available for a small cost from reception). Once classes have begun, late entry to the group fitness studio is not permitted. All classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
