Les Mills BODYVIVE® is a full body cross training workout

CXWORX
BODYSTEP® is the energising step workout that makes you
feel alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation
from sing-along music and approachable friendly instructors.
Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear
followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone
your body.
CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles
that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's
ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also
improving functional strength and assisting in injury
prevention.
It'll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger.
Body Balance
BODYBALANCE® is a yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that
builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling calm
and centred. Controlled breathing, concentration and a
carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to
music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a
state of harmony and balance.
Body Combat
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where
you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is
inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay
thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model
instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way
through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Body Attack
BODYATTACK® is a simple, high-intensity class that’s fully
optioned to cater for all fitness levels. You will experience
high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness,
along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.
Body Step & Body Step Athletic
RPM
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the
rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your
inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats,
mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover
your athlete within. Sweat and burn to reach your
endorphin high.
Groovin’ Mature Moovin’
A low impact class designed to meet the needs of the older
population. Promotes cardiovascular fitness, circulation,
range of movement, reduces bone density loss and
increases strength and balance. This class will help reduce
your risk of injury from slips, trips and falls.
In addition to the class, participants may also come and use
the gym on Mondays and Fridays at the same time.
Each class / session (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) is
great value at only $3.50 per visit.
Bootylicious
Lights are off, disco lights on, for an awesome mix of cardio,
strength, dance & tai-bo all rolled into one fun-filled fitness
session. Suitable for ALL fitness levels.

A class pass is essential for all classes. Please collect this at
reception before you enter the class.
Some classes have limited places—please be early to avoid
disappointment.
Please ensure you are in the group fitness room at least
5 minutes prior to the scheduled class time.
To participate in the Fighting Fit class you must have a pair
of boxing inner gloves (available for a small cost from
reception).
Once classes have begun, late entry to the group fitness studio
is not permitted.
All classes are subject to change or cancellation without
notice.
